immediately before the commencement of the new regulatory regime for insurance intermediaries (i.e. 23 september 2019), a suspension (disciplinary action) had been imposed by professional insurance brokers association on 20 june 2019 as a consequence of no appointed chief executive. since 1 april 2020, a responsible officer has been appointed.
