lee kum kee corporate museum
the lee lum kee corporate museum project is an a&a to an existing building located in the lkk xin hui campus which houses a museum, a research and development department completed labs and offices. the complex is comprised of 190,000 sq feet.
gree coast marina
the gree coast marina project is a master layout planning and architectural design commission for a yacht club complete with complete auxiliary facilities and a 190,000 sq feet clubhouse at zhu hai with a yacht berthing capacity of 340 nos.
shenzhen marine bay yacht club
this is part of a series of show flat projects for flats located within the clubhouse complex catered for yacht club members. the design sought to create a flat that is reminiscent of a yacht’s hull that is streamline, and curvaceous.
sales and convention center
the project is a new building for shenzhen bay marina bay club. a 300,000 sq ft. building that will showcase the sales and exhibition of yachts and related auxiliary equipment. the building is intended to be light weight, transparent and establish strong visual connections to the water front.
castle peak hospital
the cph project was a proposal for an a&a conversion to an existing building that was formally staff living quarters into a long term care home for mentally challenged patients.
