ld asia was involved in the formulation of the brief, site selection, facility planning, as well as detailed architectural, interior design and landscape services. total floor area exceeds 93,400sqm, comprising 61,400sqm of offices, a crew processing centre, a 500-room staff hotel, leisure centre, workshops, organised around an internal street containing a food court, retail units and other staff facilities. total construction cost was about 1,800m.

the lok ma chau terminus is the terminating station of east rail extension spur line branching from the existing east rail just north of sheung shui station. as a gateway to mainland china, the new terminus will comprise of a three level train station and a two level immigration and custom hall in phase 1with gfa more than 66,000sqm. total construction cost was about hk$2,000m.

the project comprises the construction of a new through-train primary-cum-secondary school pis comprising 15 primary classes, 21 secondary classes and associated facilities, such that the developments could be integrated to form a single campus. associated facilities which include the conference room, a guidance activity centre, 2 tournament standard indoor gymnasiums provide venues for multi-purpose use including performances, etc. total construction cost was about 280m.
