the c&d complex consists of a 219m, 49-storey main office tower, and commercial blocks mix of high end retails, anchor store and f&b building. the multi-faceted building facade exaggerates the tower’s verticality and sculptural form while leaving more open space on the street level, creates an anchor point of pedestrian network system in the new cbd.
廈門建發國際大廈項目由一棟219米49層總部辦公樓及括包商場、零售及餐飲的裙房組團組成。主樓以鑽石般切割的造型除更加突出大樓的立體造型外，也在狹窄的地塊中退讓出更多的首層開放空間，使項目成?整個中央商務區的聚焦點。

the no.10 art gallery, located in panyu district in the south-eastern part of guangzhou city. the 4,800 square meter gallery houses large and small size exhibition halls, gallery spaces and a multi-media hall. exhibition areas are open to the public whereas the rest of the building is reserved for the residents’ use as clubhouse. various clubhouse and recreational facilities include swimming pools, indoor sports court, caf? and restaurant.

cdicc is a mixed-use development located at the jinjiang district of chengdu, including large shopping mall, grade a office buildings, 5 star hotel, service apartments, residential buildings and comprehensive supporting facilities. the two 280m main office towers form the city gateway to the chengdu financial district.
成都環貿廣場為一個包括商場、辦公樓、酒店、酒店式公寓、住宅及完備的社區配套設施的大型綜合發展項目。兩座280米高的辦公樓，形成進入成都東大街金融區的都市門廊。

the xiamen financial centre is a 210m, 49-storey office tower located in the new cbd of xiamen. the building adopts a sculptural organic form, inspired by natural iceberg which the jagged edges and irregular surfaces give the building an unique identity.
廈門金融中心大廈?樓高210米，49層的獨立辦公樓。設計靈感來自大自然中的冰山，不規則起伏的表面在不同的角度都折射出獨特的光芒，表現獨特的個性。

as the first phase of a large mixed-use development which, comprised with office towers, shopping mall, a six stars hotel and retail street. the residential towers are located adjacent to two natural parks with beijiashan park on the east and lianhuashan park on the west. the 230 meter tall twin towers has a link bridge at 49/f that is used as a clubhouse and an outdoor swimming pool. all units will have a spectacular city view or park view.
項目?一個由寫字樓、商場、六星級酒店及商業街組成的大型綜合發展項目的第一階段。其中住宅大樓毗鄰東邊蓮花山和西邊筆架山兩個自然公園。 230米高的雙子塔于49樓以天橋連接起來，打造成會所和室外遊泳池的空間。所有單位都均擁有壯觀的城市景觀或公園景色。

the planning challenge is to maximize development potential on an awkward triangular site where three towers are accommodated. the design achieves efficient floor plate without compromising view angles, with alternating vertical fin on the fa?ade to add character.

the planning zones the campus as a tripartite of ‘academic clusters’, ‘campus green’ and ‘natural terrain’. ‘natural terrain’ is the preserved landform. ‘campus green’ is the landscape spine across the campus. ‘academic clusters’ are interlocked teaching facilities;it encourages multi-disciplinary cross-overs.
規劃以「山、林、院」三個區組織︰「山」是區的自然地貌；「林」是校園中央綠帶；「院」是學術研究的聚落；以鼓?學術交流。
