exterior – the houses are designed to achieve a sense of prestige with a limited budget.
proportional relationship between balcony, fenestration and architectural features are carefully studied.
interior – each house is divided into one duplex unit with front garden and one top storey unit with a roof garden overlooking the surrounding.

setting – 30 houses are inserted in a natural setting of tong hang village in fanling.
exterior – the objective is to dissolve the barriers between inside and outside in modern form.
this sense of harmony is expressed in a new material palette which includes sensuous stone and wood.
interior – the scheme divides the volume into different units, each occupying a single floor or duplex floors. each unit also incorporates different forms of outside spaces- sky deck, balcony or garden.

exterior – a hollow wooden box [analogy of treehouse] is designed to hang onto a simple rectangular solid box resting peacefully within the surrounding.
interior – an unique semi-outdoor sun deck allows end-users comfortably enjoy the magnificent view in a different way.
