benoy have delivered the masterplanning, architecture and interior design for the stunning east hotel in beijing, part of the new indigo mixed-use development. architecturally it was designed with seamless integration to the greater retail and commercial complex; it is not a stand-alone business hotel but a key element of an entire new business destination in the upcoming area of beijing.

this retail development sits above the kowloon mtr station linking the mall directly to central and the international airport. benoy’s design for elements mall draws inspiration from ancient chinese symbols associated with nature – metal, fire, water, wood and earth.

at the centre of the landmark, yas island mega scheme in abu dhabi, sits the world’s first ferrari theme park a thrilling brand experience like no other, a multi-sensory celebration of a design icon. benoy’s vision was to create a building that would reflect the highly recognisable sinuous form of ferrari, directly inspired by the classic double curve profile of the ferrari gt chassis.

situated at the heart of the causeway bay shopping district, hysan place sits above the mtr island line and has become a landmark destination in this prime retail district. the project includes 17 levels of retail with two internal atria and event spaces.

set to redefine the travel experience, changi airport’s new terminal will be located along airport boulevard, and will accommodate up to 16 million passengers a year. the main focal point of the building is the ‘central galleria’; a glazed, open space that visually connects the departure, check-in, arrival and transit areas across the terminal.
