located in ma ren qi feng, an hui province, the brief includes the design of the world’s largest chinese incense burner – 9.9 meter high and weight 88 tons, with internal exhibition hall accessed from stairs and escalator located at the base of the incense burner. also include architectural planning of the surrounding environments based on fengshui concept.

the project involves the consultation for the preliminary feasibility study of restoration of the destroyed great terracotta tower of emperor yongle (永樂) of early ming dynasty. the tower was reported to be 512.88m in height. the existing site is an area covered by squatters. based on the application of traditional chinese urban planning and feng shui concept, it is able to locate the exact location of the original tower.

the project involves the alternation of an existing department store in causeway bay into a 4-storey catering and shopping mall. a bridge with escalator is constructed to connect the 2/f of the premise to an existing footbridge and therefore enhancing the value of shops at upper floors.

a top class commercial-office complex composed of two identical towers juxtaposed with each other. with its streamlined, clean and contemporary design, it will become one of landmarks in the area. this office is commissioned by sun hung kei properties limited design and coordination of construction. the project is currently under construction stage and due for completion in 2008.

the project is one of a series of development in the area. it involves an office of 26,700sqm for mcp3 and for mcp5 it consists of 101,741sqm office space and a 12-storey commercial mall. since its opening it has become the icon of the area and has activated the urban renovation of the whole area of kwun tong.

the project comprises a main temple in the middle, a new kitchen in the south, and an elderly centre and monks hostel at the back. the main block has six floors. the grand temple in lotus shape on the top floor is constructed by the steel structure with curtain wall.

the project is a residential complex at the prime location adjacent to the mtr tko line. the project consists of 7 residential towers sitting on a 6-storey podium with a luxurious resident clubhouse.

located in the sacred mountains of pu tuo shan in zhejiang province, the columbarium is designed as a traditional chinese garden for eternal peace and harmony of one’s ancestors. the architecture is blended with southern and northern chinese tradition style.
