as part of an overall resort master plan, 301 is a development of fifteen apartments and duplexes arranged around a leisure pool and other shared facilities. each block is arranged on the sloping site to take advantage of the sublime views over the aegean sea.
locally quarried stone on the lower floors and retaining walls create a rusticated base above which lighter and sharper structures allow the frontages to be fully glazed.
internally, these glazed walls open on to deep terraces enhancing an indoor/outdoor experience and a simple selection of materials create a clean contemporary aesthetic.
