the project aims to thrust hong kong to the forefront of the international scene. it creates a world-class venue for culture, arts, tourism, as well as for the people of hong kong. the spectacular and commanding location calls for a new icon and landmark, a sparkling gem of the harbour!

– perforated iconic tower with vertical public parks share the best view with the public

the wellington manhattan project is a 8,000 square meter office building. the sculptural tower is in sheung wan, between ka u fong and wellington street. the 115 meter office building consists of two curved towers which lean onto each other creating an open podium space.

academy of performing arts, hong kong
bethanie was revitalized while still preserving it heritage and history. major public spaces include the re-consecrated chapel with new and rediscovered stain glass windows, the glazed roof space (dir y.k. pao studio,) the bnp museum at basement wine cellar, and the welcome theater of the converted cowshed.

located in the heart of lan kwai fong, central, was once an office building complex now turned into a luxurious contemporary serviced apartment. the industrial chic theme along with its open space plan and sculptural elements create a unique experience.

receiving guests at the double volume entry, continuing the external theme into the interior, users pass through wave of gold foil laminated curving glass. the wave links to the hotel functions and a new waving one-piece acrylic aquarium.

drawing from the curvy plans and circular motifs of the historic hotel lisboa, three layers of waving fa?ade was formed. together with the new ‘floating’ mandarin room and terrace, they define a new entrance plaza for hotel lisboa.
