the summit phase ii at the park is one of the urban project for zhongshan cbd development. the site has covered 82,700 sq.m, it is surround by the largest natural green park in the city- zimaling park. the project will include various type of building such as: office tower, shopping centres, hotel and service apartment blocks. when completed, the centre will provide 400,000 sq.m of commercial space.

the newly completed polyu student hostel lecture threatre was completed on august 2012, and was open at the year 2012. the lecture theatre is designed to accommodate 251 audience/student seats with 4 nos. of wheelchair spaces. to make the lecture theatre fully utilized, different lighting, acoustic and a/v facilities are incorporated.

the newly completed cuhk basic medical science building was completed on april 2013. the whole building was re-organized to fit the new 3-3-4, including remodeling of embalming room, dissecting lab, teaching lab for medical department & nursing department & a learning common area with mini cafeteria to divert the over loading of the existing canteen on g/f.
total area approx.: 5,000 sq.m.

the library building is actually a multi-function building which composed of library, self-revision room, multi-function hall, lecture theatre, classroom, general office and meeting room with a few big roof garden.
sdl was commissioned to work from the design stage, provided supervision on the construction stage and certified the completion of the building for both the exterior and interior works.

an overall 110,000 sq.m gfa entertainment complex consists of hotels, residential, retails, restaurants and entertainment facilities located foshan, guangdong, china. this complex will serve as an icon of leisure lifestyle and a centre of recreational activities for the near by thriving communities.

a 13 stories 3 star hotel located in dali, guangzhou, gross floor area of 20,000 sq.m. serving 220 bedrooms with provision of supporting facilities such as chinese and western dining, swimming pool, gym and a podium landscape garden.
in connection with this hotel, an annex building with ktv, restaurant and luxurious apartment was added to form a hotel plaza.
