immediately before the commencement of the new regulatory regime for insurance intermediaries (i.e. 23 september 2019), an interim suspension (not disciplinary action) had been imposed by professional insurance brokers association on 27 june 2019 as a consequence of no appointed chief executive. since 25 february 2020, a responsible officer has been appointed.
