pursuant to section 64t(1) of the insurance ordinance, this licensed insurance broker company (“company”) has notified the insurance authority (“ia”) in writing on 31 mar 2021 of its intention to cease carrying on regulated activities and the intended date of cessation is 30 june 2021.
